Pest plant removal works

The City of Greater Geraldton wishes to advise that pest plants will be removed at the following locations.

• Cape Burney: African Boxthorn
• Strathalbyn: Prickly Pear

Works will begin the week of Monday 12 May 2025 for a period of approximately five days.

The walking/cycling trails will remain open during the works.

These works reflect the City’s commitment towards managing and maintaining the environment.

Members of the community are requested to exercise caution and obey all warning signs and directions from authorised City personnel and contractors.

The City apologises for any inconvenience these works may cause.
