Structure Plans

Structure Plans apply to undeveloped land that is planned to be developed in the future. The structure plans provides information that identifies broadly how land is to be used in the future and facilitates the land being developed in a coordinated way.

The City will have regard to an applicable structure plan when considering a development application.
