Alternatively, go to IntraMaps Public type in your address at the bottom of the page and details of your collection day will appear on the right of the screen.
To ensure your bin is collected, please:
- Place your bin on the verge by 6:00am on your collection day.
- Make sure bins are not blocked by parked vehicles.
- Leave at least 1 metre of space between your bin and obstacles such as cars, trees, fences, or posts.
- Ensure bins are positioned at least 1 metre below overhead powerlines.
- Avoid overfilling your bin and ensure it is not too heavy for collection.
If your bin is not emptied by 4.00pm on your collection day, please contact the City on 9956 6600 or submit a missed bin form

FAQs
My bin has not been collected, what should I do?
- Please check if both sides of the street have been serviced before reporting, as it is possible that the collection is yet to be made.
- Please check your bin to see if there is a non-collection sticker present. If so, please rectify the issue before completing this form

Why is there a sticker on my bin?
Our drivers will place a sticker on your bin to let you know there is an issue with your bin. This can sometimes explain why your bin has not been collected.
I'm unsure of how to dispose of certain waste items.

My bin got damaged during collection.
If your bin gets damaged during collection you can report it using the Damaged Bin Form
I want a new bin or additional bin or new collection service.
