Missed Rubbish Collection

When reporting a missed bin collection, please keep the following in mind:

  • Reports can only be submitted after 4:00pm on your scheduled collection day and must be lodged no later than 5:00pm the following day
  • If your bin is not emptied by 4.00pm on your collection day, contact the City on 9956 6600 or submit a Missed Bin Form
  • Check your bin for a non-collection sticker
    • If a sticker is present, please resolve the issue noted before completing the form
  • Do not place rubbish beside or on top of the bin and do not overload your bin
  • Confirm whether both sides of your street have been serviced, as the collection may still be in progress
  • Place your bin on the verge as soon as possible and leave it there to ensure the collection can be made efficiently
  • Remove the bin from the nature strip as soon as possible after collection
