Kempton Street vegetation management

The City of Greater Geraldton wishes to advise a dead tree located on the Kempton Street Foreshore will be removed on Friday 9 May 2025.

The City is always reluctant to remove trees as they add to the liveability of the City. However in this case, the tree is dead and poses a risk to pedestrians and motorists.

The hours of work will be between 8.30am and 2.30pm with pedestrian management in place.

These works reflect the City’s commitment towards managing and maintaining the environment.

Members of the community are requested to exercise caution and obey all warning signs and directions from authorised City personnel and contractors.

The City appreciates your patience while these works are being completed.
