PUBLIC NOTICE of Disposal of Property (Lease Agreement)

The City of Greater Geraldton hereby gives local public notice, in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, of its intention to dispose of an interest in property by entering into a lease agreement as detailed below:

Lessee: Projex Finance Pty Ltd and Savaii Pty Ltd as trustees for The Leet Family Trust.

Premises: Hangar E4, Geraldton Airport, comprising approximately 242m² of leased airport land.

Location: Portion Lot 9001 on Deposited Plan 412766, Geraldton Mount Magnet Road, Moonyoonooka (Geraldton Airport).

 

Permitted Use: Aircraft hangar for the storage, repair and servicing of aircraft.

Term: Initial term commencing on settlement of the hangar sale and expiring 31 July 2028, with two further options of five (5) years each.

Rent: $6,879.52 per annum inclusive of GST, subject to annual CPI reviews and market reviews at the commencement of each further term.

Written submissions regarding the proposed disposition are invited and must be received by the City no later than 4.00pm on Friday, 13 November 2026.
