Nangetty-Walkaway Road works

The City of Greater Geraldton wishes to advise road rehabilitation works will be undertaken to a 340m section of the Nangetty-Walkaway Road, east of the Walter Road intersection.

Works are scheduled to commence on Tuesday 2 April 2024 and will take approximately six weeks to complete.

The works, valued at $367,347, is 66% funded by Main Roads WA Regional Road Group program and are also part of the City’s 2023/24 Road Renewal Program which will see more than 16kms of roads resurfaced or resealed.

Members of the community are requested to exercise caution and obey all warning signs and directions from authorised City personnel and contractors.
