The Agenda Forum is scheduled for 1.30pm on Tuesday 18 August 2026 at Mullewa District Office, Cnr Thomas St and Padbury St, Mullewa
The Ordinary Meeting of Council meeting is scheduled for 5.00pm on Tuesday 25 August 2026.
Meeting agendas are available by close of business on the Friday prior to each meeting.
Members of the public are welcome to attend.
The Agenda Forum is not livestreamed due to its location in Mullewa. The Ordinary Meeting of Council is livestreamed.
Questions to Council
To put a question to Council, submit your questions in writing, including your contact details and address, before the Ordinary Meeting of Council. Each member of the public may ask up to 3 questions.
Please visit the City’s website https://www.cgg.wa.gov.au/your-council/council/council-meetings/questions-from-the-public.aspx, for the procedure of Public Question Time which includes a submission form for questions.
- At the Agenda Forum you can only put questions to Council regarding items on this Agenda.
- At the Council Meeting questions must relate to a matter affecting the City of Greater Geraldton and/or items on this Agenda.

Public Disclosure of Personal Information
- Members of the public should be aware that questions submitted to the City of Greater Geraldton form part of the public decision-making process.
- Your name and address are required by law and may be provided to Council, included in agenda and minute documents, retained in the City's corporate records and published on the City's website.
- Public question time is live-streamed and recorded on the City’s website. By filling out this form and/or partaking in public question time, you acknowledge that your image and the information you provide may become a public record and may be publicly accessible by any person.
Members of the public must be in attendance at the Council Meeting to which they have submitted a question(s) for response. If this is not the case the question(s) will be treated as 'normal business correspondence' and the question / response will not appear in the Council Minutes.
- If you are sending question(s) via e-mail/post they are to be submitted by 12 noon the day prior to the meeting to receive a written response.
- Question(s) submitted after 12 noon on the day prior to the meeting, a written response may be provided at the discretion of the presiding member.
- A member of the public may ask questions without notice at a meeting, provided they present a written copy of their questions to Council prior to the commencement of the meeting. Questions provided may be 'taken on notice' with a response provided at a later date.
