Partial Road Reserve Closure - Verita Road, Wandina (Closed)

Pursuant to Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997 notice is hereby given that an application has been lodged with the City of Greater Geraldton to close and dispose of a portion of the Verita Road reserve abutting Lot 560 Verita Road, Wandina.
Some retaining walls have been built that slightly encroach into the Verita Road reserve and the purpose of the proposal is to amalgamate that portion of the Verita Road reserve that contains the encroachments with the abutting Lot 560.
The proposal is also available for inspection at the Geraldton Civic Centre, Cathedral Avenue, Geraldton during office hours up to and including Tuesday 4 April 2017.
Submissions on the proposal can be lodged in writing with the undersigned on or before Tuesday 4 April 2017.
