Agenda and Minutes for the meetings will be placed on the City’s website, and hard copies can be viewed at the City’s Offices, Cathedral Avenue, and the City Library.

The City of Greater Geraldton encourages community interest in local government and allows questions to be put to the Council during the meeting, subject to certain conditions.

• Forms which specify these conditions and are used for submitting questions are held by the Customer Experience Team, at Council Chambers and are available on the City's website.
• The public may submit questions in writing, but conditions still apply.
