QPT set to haunt and delight this weekend

Darkness is about to descend on the Queens Park Theatre (QPT) as ‘Murder Ballads, Haunted Tales and Songs about Killing’ unfolds this Saturday night.

Primed to be a night of mayhem with spine-tingling entertainment, show-goers will have the unique chance to be on stage with the performers as part of the QPT’s Stage Door Pass Performances.

City of Greater Geraldton Mayor Shane Van Styn encouraged the public to attend.

“If you’re looking to do something a little different this weekend then you can’t go past this spooky spectacular at the QPT,” he said.

“What’s even better is the crowd will be on stage with the performers as part of the QPT’s Stage Door Pass Performances – it’s intimate and something totally out of the box.

“There’s always lots happening at the QPT and this is just one of the outstanding shows hitting the venue for 2020.”

Presented by Bleed Ear Music, ‘Murder Ballads, Haunted Tales and Songs about Killing’ is actually full of catchy songs, original compositions, folk music and current tunes that are sure to get your toes tapping. Bar facilities will also be on stage allowing you to keep your thirst quenched.

This performance is suitable for those 18 years plus and goes for two hours with an interval.

Doors open to ‘Murder Ballads, Haunted Tales and Songs about Killing’ at 7.15pm with the performance commencing at 8pm. Tickets are just $20 per person and can be purchased via the QPT’s website.
