Private Right of Way - Closure of Portion & Reservation of Portion (Closed)

Pursuant to Section 52 of the Land Administration Act 1997 (as amended) notice is hereby given that an application has been lodged with the City of Greater Geraldton to close and dispose of a portion of a private right of way known as Lot 66 Gertrude Street, Geraldton (between Queen and Gertrude Street). The purpose of the proposed closure is to amalgamate the land with the adjoining lots.

In relation to the remainder of the private Right of Way known as Lot 66 Gertrude Street, Geraldton (between Gertrude Street and Brede Street) and pursuant to Section 52 of the Land Administration Act 1997 (as amended) notice is hereby given that the City of Greater Geraldton proposes to reserve this remaining portion as public Right of Way to be managed by the City.

Any submissions on this proposal must be made in writing and must be lodged with the undersigned on or before Tuesday 4 June 2019.

This proposal is available for inspection in order to provide opportunity for public comment and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
