Pedestrian Accessway Partial Closure Notice (Closed)

Pursuant to Section 87 of the Land Administration Act 1997 (as amended) notice is hereby given that an application has been lodged with the City to close and dispose of the pedestrian accessway between Lot 63 (No. 9) and Lot 64 (No. 12) Craine Place, Spalding.

 The pedestrian accessway closure has been requested to assist in the reduction of antisocial behaviour associated with the accessway.

 The proposal is available for inspection during office hours at the Cathedral Avenue office, Geraldton. For further information please contact the City’s Town Planning Services Team on (08)9956 6900.

 Any submissions on this proposal must be made in writing and must be lodged with the undersigned on or before Monday, 25 May 2015.

 This proposal is available for inspection in order to provide opportunity for public comment and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
