Partial Road Reserve Closure (Closed)

Pursuant to Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997 (as amended) notice is hereby given that an application has been lodged with the City of Greater Geraldton to close and dispose of a portion of road reserve abutting Lots 161 and 167 Place Road, Wonthella.
The purpose of the proposal is to amalgamate the portion of road reserve with abutting Lot 161 Place Road, Wonthella, as the portion of road reserved is no longer needed.
The proposal is available for inspection during office hours at the Cathedral Avenue office, Geraldton. For further information please contact the City’s Town Planning team on (08) 9956 6900.
Any submissions on this proposal must be made in writing and must be lodged with the undersigned at the Council Offices, Cathedral Avenue, Geraldton on or before Monday 30 May 2016.
This proposal is available for inspection in order to provide opportunity for public comment and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
