Disposition of Property - License to operate on City owned land

In accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Greater Geraldton hereby gives public notice of its intention to enter into an agreement with 3KM Technology Pty Ltd T/A Ario Australia to facilitate the public hire of e-scooters on City owned land:

Property: Various locations within Geraldton
Licensee: 3KM Technology Pty Ltd T/A Ario Australia
Consideration: $0.80 (excluding GST) per trip – paid monthly
Term: One (1) year with a possible two (2) year extension subject to Council approval
