Geraldton Disability Expo is set to return next month for a morning of connection and learning.

Now in its third year, the Geraldton Disability Expo continues to grow, with attendees able to engage with a wide range of organisations, service providers, programs and facilities that support people with disability. City of Greater Geraldton Mayor Jerry Clune said the popularity of the Geraldton Disability Expo highlights the importance of having a way to connect with services in one convenient location.

“Access and inclusion remain a top priority for Council, and we’re committed to making it easier for people to find information, access support and feel welcomed in our community,” he said.

“We have such a wonderful variety of services available within our region, so it makes sense to bring them together in one place.

“I encourage everyone to come down and soak up the atmosphere, and I urge all potential stallholders to get involved and showcase what they offer.”

This year’s expo will also include an interactive panel featuring disability sector professionals sharing their knowledge and lived experience, as well as answering questions.

Sail Ability will be dropping anchor too, giving visitors the chance to learn more about accessible sailing.

Carers, families, support workers and anyone supporting people with disability are encouraged to come along and make the most of the chance to discover services, ask questions and connect with others.

The Geraldton Disability Expo will be held on Thursday 16 July 2026 from 9am to 11am in the QEII Seniors and Community Centre Upper Hall. Entry is free and morning tea will be provided.

The Geraldton Disability Expo aligns with the Connected theme of the City’s Strategic Community Plan and supports the Access and Inclusion Plan by promoting inclusion, improving access to information, and encouraging participation for people of all abilities.

Disability service providers interested in taking part are encouraged to contact the City by emailing fredrickb@cgg.wa.gov.au.
