Land and Leasing Portal

Welcome to the City’s Land and Leasing Portal.

This portal is used to register Public Liability Insurance information, update your contact details and verify your business details.
To help us ensure the appropriate insurance is in place to support and maintain your lease, licence, or permit, the City requires a current Public Liability Certificate of Currency. If you are unsure how to obtain this certificate, your insurer will be able to provide a copy upon request.

Your Certificate of Currency must:
- Confirm active coverage at the time of submission
- Display the policyholder’s name, policy number, and policy expiry date
- Specify the level of public liability cover provided
