General Information There are three (3) locations at the Civic Centre, where you can book to display event banners (these locations are for the display of banners for the community/public events and not for commercial purposes). The booking to display banners, shall be for only one (1) banner and for a period for four (4) weeks, prior to the date of the event (extensions of time may be considered). There will be no advance bookings for more than twelve (12) months and the banners are to be collected by the Friday following the display. The Application to Display Banner forms will be submitted to the Customer Experience Team for approval. Please be aware, that the locations are sometimes booked out for months in advance.
