The Ordinary Meeting of Council meeting is scheduled for 5.00pm/at the Conclusion of the Annual Meeting of Electors, on Tuesday 27 January 2026.
NOTE: Prior to the Ordinary Meeting of Council - the Annual Meeting of Electors will be held at 5pm.

Members of the public are welcome to attend.

Questions to Council
To put a question to Council, submit your questions in writing, including your contact details and address, before the Ordinary Meeting of Council. Each member of the public may ask up to 3 questions.
Please visit the City’s website https://www.cgg.wa.gov.au/your-council/council/council-meetings/questions-from-the-public.aspx, for the procedure of Public Question Time which includes a submission form for questions.
- At the Agenda Forum you can only put questions to Council regarding items on this Agenda.
- At the Council Meeting questions must relate to a matter affecting the City of Greater Geraldton and/or items on this Agenda.
Important to Note:
- Members of the public must be in attendance at the Council Meeting to which they have submitted a question(s) for response. If this is not the case the question(s) will be treated as 'normal business correspondence' and the question / response will not appear in the Council Minutes.
- If you are sending question(s) via e-mail/post they are to be submitted by 12 noon the day prior to the meeting to receive a written response.
- Question(s) submitted after 12 noon on the day prior to the meeting, a written response may be provided at the discretion of the presiding member.
- A member of the public may ask questions without notice at a meeting, provided they present a written copy of their questions to Council prior to the commencement of the meeting. Questions provided may be 'taken on notice' with a response provided at a later date.
