The City of Greater Geraldton is excited to acquire Lot 100 on Lester Avenue for $580,000 as part of the 2022/23 Budget. 

The land purchase has provided the City with an opportunity to further invest in the Geraldton CBD, which links back to the City Centre Revitalisation Plan and Strategic Community Plan.

More information about plans for the site will be made available in the coming months.
