Rubbish collection update

The City of Greater Geraldton wishes to provide the following update on rubbish collection services.

Thursday 26 March:

Rubbish will be collected as scheduled.

The City understands strong winds may cause bins to tip or rubbish to blow around. Should residents choose to keep their bin inside today due to weather conditions, the City will make alternative arrangements for collection next week once weather conditions have improved.

Friday 27 March:

There will be no rubbish collection.

Further updates on when rubbish collection resumes will be provided.

The City appreciates your patience as we manage the impacts of Tropical Cyclone Narelle.

Details regarding other preparations, community information and changes to services and facilities will be updated on the City’s website and social media over the coming days.
