Rangeway road works

The City of Greater Geraldton wishes to advise that road resurfacing and associated works will be undertaken on the following streets:

  • Carter Street cul-de-sac in Rangeway
  • Crabbe Street between Eastward Road and Carter Street in Rangeway

The works, which will begin the week of Monday 23 February 2026, will take approximately four days to complete.

During the works these roads may be temporarily closed with detours in place.

These works are part of the City’s 2025/26 Road Renewal Program which will see more than 17kms of roads resealed or resurfaced.

Members of the community are requested to exercise caution and obey all warning signs and directions from authorised City personnel and contractors.

These works align with the Liveable theme of the City’s Strategic Community Plan which reflects the organisation’s commitment to the maintenance and connectivity of the transport network.
