We invite you to join us for two morning walks.
Come and learn about and discover our precious Coastal Wetlands/Saltmarsh and their amazing fauna and flora.
Greenough River | SUNDAY 1 FEBRUARY | 7am - 8am | Greenough Boat Shed
Chapman River | SUNDAY 8 FEBRUARY | 7am - 8am | End Swan Drive carpark
Morning Tea will be provided
Family Friendly Event
Your safety is YOUR responsibility.
Wear appropriate bush clothes, closed sturdy shoes, sunhat, sunscreen. BYO water bottle.
Please keep your canine friend at home - to give us a chance to observe our wildlife during our walks.
We aim to make our walks inclusive.

This project celebrates World Wetlands Day and raises awareness of the importance of Geraldton's two rivers with Coastal Saltmarsh (Threatened Ecological Community) a precious habitat for local wildlife — especially our birdlife.
These events are a collaboration between NACC, BirdLife Midwest, Chapman River Friends and Greenough River Friends.
