Healthy Horizons

This program provides a safe, supportive and structured environment where participants can connect with peers, build confidence, and develop practical skills to support their emotional wellbeing. Through therapeutic group activities, young people will work on: Building resilience and emotional regulation Developing social skills, communication and healthy self-expression Strengthening confidence and self-awareness Learning positive coping strategies Building connection and a sense of belonging Day Out This program includes a supported excursion Central Greenough Historic Site, which is intentionally designed as part of the therapeutic program. The excursion provides opportunities for young people to: Practice social skills in a real-world setting Build independence and confidence outside the home Strengthen peer relationships in a safe, supported environment Apply emotional regulation and coping strategies learned during the program.
