Customer Service Survey (Closed)

Advancements in technologies and changes in the way people do things has prompted the City to review how it provides customer service to the community.

On average, more than 3000 people contact the City every week either in person, by telephone or by mail and email.

Although these methods of interacting with the City are well utilised we want to know if the community is interested in the use of other technologies such as text message, webchat or mobile app communications or going completely paperless by sending out all information electronically.

Ultimately, the City wants to offer customer service options that will make interacting with the City easier and more efficient for both the community member and the staff serving them.

Members of the community are invited to provide their feedback and share their ideas by taking the Customer Service Survey online at www.surveymonkey.com/r/cggcustomerservice

Survey hard copies are also available at the City Civic Centre, Geraldton Regional Library, Aquarena, QEII Centre and Mullewa District Office.

If you would like to assist the City in implementing the survey results register now to take part in the Customer Service Workshop.  Contact Janell Kopplhuber on 9956 6945 or email janellk@cgg.wa.gov.au for more information.
