The City of Greater Geraldton invites tenders from suitably experienced and resourced contractors for the cleaning of City Buildings. For tender evaluation and award purposes, buildings are treated as separable portions. The Principal welcomes submissions from cleaning contractors of all sizes and strongly encourages both small and large providers to tender for the separable portion(s) that best align with their capabilities, experience and capacity. The contract/s will be in force for three years with an optional two year extension.
Mandatory site inspections will be held on Tuesday 28th April 2026.
Specifications, criteria and documentation may be obtained electronically from the City’s Tenderlink portal https://portal.tenderlink.com/cgg after 8:00 am Saturday 18th April 2026.

The time and date of final tender submission is 12:00PM (AWST) Thursday 14th May 2026.
Canvassing of any City of Greater Geraldton councillors or officers will disqualify submissions.
