The City of Greater Geraldton has received a nomination for a Nintex Solution Innovation award in the Public Sector Standout category.

City of Greater Geraldton CEO Ross McKim was thrilled with the nomination.

“Nintex Promapp™ has been crucial in mapping existing business processes and centralising them for easy access,” he said.

“The City now has the majority of its core and supporting processes documented and those which are risk treatments are now mapped to organisational risks.

“Nintex Promapp has become a staple go-to system for staff at the City, so it’s fantastic to be recognised for using it to its full potential.”

Promapp was introduced at the City in 2015 and since then, nearly  500 crucial processes have been documented.

City of Greater Geraldton will face off against the City of Canning and Port Stephens Council in the Public Sector Standout category.

Finalists were selected based on nominations submitted by Nintex customers and partners earlier this year, with submissions being judged on product depth, industry impact and resulting benefits.

“Nintex is honoured to recognise City of Greater Geraldton as a Nintex Solution Innovation finalist,” said Nintex Chief Customer Officer Josh Waldo.

“We were truly impressed by the innovative ways organisations are using the Nintex Platform to improve the way people work and drive impactful business results.”

Nintex is the global standard in process management and automation.

The winners will be announced on Monday 3 June.
