• By submitting this application all performances and performers are expected to be professional and not undertake any behaviour or acts that may be seen as offensive. This also includes the use of recorded or live music using offensive language.
• It is recommended that you obtain your own Public Liability Insurance. If you do not have your own insurance, you will be added to the City's Uninsured Stallholders, Buskers & Performers Policy register, which will cover you for the duration of the event.
• Please be aware that photographs or videos taken of you or your band at the event will be the property of the City of Greater Geraldton, who reserves the right to use these images for future marketing or promotional materials.
