Live Streaming of Council Meetings
In accordance with the Local Government Act 1995 section 5.25(1)(ba) and the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, regulation 14D, a council meeting may be held by electronic means if a public health emergency or a state of emergency exists in the whole of the district of a local government.
Please note: Live streaming is not be available for the Agenda Forums held in Walkaway and Mullewa.
Unconfirmed Minutes will be available on the City website within 14 days after the meeting is held as required under the provisions of the Local Government Act 1995 section 5.23(1) and the Local Government (Administration)Regulations 1996 regulation 13 and 14E
