Rubbish Collection

General rubbish collection is undertaken on weekdays in various suburbs and localities across the City region.

If your bin is not emptied by 4.00pm on your collection day please contact the City on 9956 6600 or submit a missed bin form

The City is also conducting a trial of the kerbside collection of food and garden organic waste.

Residents can request a new bin, or an additional bin if one isn't enough and a new collection service (i.e. recently moved into a newly built home).

You can also report bins that missed being collected or were damaged during the collection process.
