Coastal Adaptation Planning Community Workshops and Survey

Coastal erosion along the City’s coastline is one of the biggest challenges facing our community which is why it is essential a plan is developed that provides long term adaptation pathways or solutions to effectively reduce the risks.

The first step in this process is to work together with greater Geraldton community to identify what makes our coastline special and examine options to manage coastal hazards when they arise. More here

Community members and organisations interested in working with the City to develop a coastal adaptation plan are invited to complete the community survey.
