Grab a picnic rug, organise your crew and get ready to enjoy a chilled out evening when Sundays by the Sea returns to Stow Gardens on the Geraldton Foreshore this Sunday 10 January.

City of Greater Geraldton Mayor Shane Van Styn was pleased to welcome the popular program back.

“It’s wonderful to be able to showcase Geraldton’s local music talent at one of the best venues for taking advantage of our pristine Foreshore,” he said.

“Sundays by the Sea has been a summer staple since 2016 and we’re sure the community will embrace it yet again.”

Sundays by the Sea is a free, all ages event that takes place from 4.30pm until 7.00pm. A food van will be in attendance each week from 4.30pm and music will commence from 5pm.

Kicking off this season of Sundays by the Sea on 10 January is Colin “Wyldwind” Campbell. Joining him on-site offering up tasty delights for sale is Remi French Street Food.

In the interest of community safety, attendees are requested to check in using the Safe WA app and adhere to COVID-19 social distancing rules.

Sundays by the Sea will run weekly from 10 January until 16 May (excluding Public Holidays).

Opportunities still exist for food vendors who would like to join the schedule. Head to the City’s website to find out more.
