The City of Greater Geraldton wishes to advise the final phase of the Sixth Street road resurfacing project, which includes asphalting from NWCH to Central Road, is scheduled to commence Monday 20 August 2018 for a period of two days.
Works involve the closure of the eastern southbound lane of the North West Coastal Highway at the Sixth Street intersection and Sixth Street from the NWCH and Central Road during the following hours:
- Sixth Street between 7.00am – 5.30pm
- NWCH between 9.00am – 3.00pm
Traffic management will be in place during this time and members of the community can expect delays. The City encourages the use of alternative routes during this time. Members of the community are requested to exercise caution and obey all warning signs and directions from authorised City personnel and contractors.
