Library puts the call out for feedback

The Geraldton Regional Library is looking for feedback on how to improve their services and is asking the community to respond.

Through a survey, the Library is seeking feedback on their facilities, collections and services in both Geraldton and Mullewa.

City of Greater Geraldton Mayor Shane Van Styn said the Library were always looking to better their services.

“The Geraldton Regional Library is one of our most loved facilities and it shows because each month we get 20,000 people through the doors,” he said.

“But regardless of high numbers, the wonderful staff at the Library are always looking for ways to improve services here in Geraldton and in Mullewa.

“People might just associate books with a library but our facility offers so much more than that and I’d encourage all community members to fill out the survey.”

Whether you’re a member or non-member of the Geraldton or Mullewa Libraries, helping the City understand satisfaction levels is important so services can continue to improve.

If you complete a survey and provide your email details, you will also go into the draw to win two tickets to see Anh Do at the Queens Park Theatre on Friday 22 February 2019.

The Survey is available electronically on the Library website at www.library.cgg.wa.gov.au or on hard copy at the Geraldton and Mullewa Libraries.

The survey is currently open and it closes Monday 1 October 2018.
