About the position:

The Customer Service Officer is a full time position, responsible for providing accurate, concise and timely information to the general public across a broad range of administrative areas. Additionally, this position is also responsible for duties relating to areas such as Library Services, Vehicle Licensing, Administration, Cash Handling and Receipting, Mullewa Cemetery and Customer Service.

Position requirements:

The successful applicant must have a Certificate IV in Customer Service, Business Administration or Business, and demonstrated customer service experience, including the ability to establish positive relationships with customers; determine and address customer requirements; accurately and confidently handle and balance cash; and deal effectively with difficult customers.

Completion of a pre-employment medical including alcohol and other substances testing is required of all positions at the City.

Remuneration and benefits:

A salary starting from $60,646 per annum or $30.6914 per hour will be offered dependent on knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications.
