REQUEST FOR QUOTE RFQ 22 1112:
CONSTRUCTION OF A VIEWING PLATFORM AT DRUMMOND POINT

The City of Greater Geraldton invites quotes from suitably qualified companies or individuals with a proven track record in construction in coastal environments and accreditation in project, environmental, traffic and safety management systems to construct a viewing platform at Drummond Point.

Specifications, criteria and documentation may be obtained via electronic download after registering via the form below.

A mandatory site inspection is scheduled for 10.00am Thursday 9 February 2012 at the Drummond Point Car Park.  Respondents must contact the Project Coordinator to confirm their attendance prior to 2.00pm Wednesday 8 February 2012.  Failure to attend the site inspection will render the Respondent ineligible to respond.

Responses to the Request for Quote are to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly stating the RFQ reference number and addressed to the

or delivered by hand and placed in the Tender Box at the Civic Centre, 63 Cathedral Avenue Geraldton.  Emailed, faxed or late responses will not be considered.

The deadline to submit a Response is 4.00pm Thursday 23 February 2012.

Canvassing of any City of Greater Geraldton councillors or officers will disqualify submissions.
