These Land Development Specifications apply to the:

  • Design and construction of all works relating to the subdivision and development of land for residential purposes; and
  • Roadworks generally within the City of Greater Geraldton.

These specifications are the minimum standards applicable for the design and construction of roads, drainage, pathways and public open space and sets out requirements for soil stabilisation.

They have been issued as guidelines of Developers, Engineering Consultants and Contractors.
