The Geraldton Airport is a fully functioning passenger airport with several daily flights to and from Perth. General aviation services include charter flights to minesites and tourist destinations, flight training schools, aircraft maintenance facilities and a local aero club. The main passenger terminal is modern and comfortable with a licenced café.
The Geraldton Aquarena brings Family Fun Days, Movie Nights, Disco Nights, Learn to Swim education and recreation to the people and visitors of City of Greater Geraldton. Sporting an Olympic 50m and a 25m lap pool, leisure pool, water slide and hydrotherapy facilities, the Aquarena offers activities for all, including water polo, swimming squads and group fitness sessions.
Mullewa Swimming Pool
Situated in Jose Street, the centre's main pool is 33 metres long also included is a small children’s wading pool. Season tickets are available, individually or as a family unit from the Pool Manager.
Opening times: 11:00am - 6:00pm, Tuesday – Sunday, October to April. Summer school holidays open 7 days per week (subject to variation depending upon seasonal conditions).
Closed: Christmas Day, Boxing Day And New Year’s day.

The Geraldton Regional Art Gallery, opened in 1984, was one of the first “A Class” regional galleries in Australia. The classic heritage facility aims to meet the artistic and cultural needs of people from local residents right through to international visitors.

Greater Geraldton Regional Libraries - Geraldton and Mullewa
Geraldton Regional Library, located in the heart of the CBD, provides a range of services and programs to the community of Greater Geraldton. In addition, the Library has a branch at Mullewa District Office. A diverse collection, consisting of a variety of formats, is available both in house and on line.
Geraldton provides access to free wifi, public access computers, photocopiers and printers. A mobile housebound and outreach service is offered to patrons who are unable to travel to the Library. Meeting rooms are available for hire and as a quiet study area .
Heritage Services has an extensive Local Studies collection containing information from the Mid West District, with a special emphasis on Geraldton, Greenough and Mullewa.
Regular services include Storytime and Rhymetime sessions for children, Oral History Mornings, author talks, reference enquiries and access to inter-library loans.
Special events such as the annual Big Sky Readers and Writers Festival, Randolph Stow Young Writers Awards, Children’s Book Week and Heritage Week have become hallmarks of the Library calendar.
While Geraldton Library opens at set times seven days per week, Mullewa opens during office hours.

The City of Greater Geraldton plays host to one of the region's leading community centres. Home to a variety of community and seniors' groups, the QEII Seniors & Community Centre offers facilities for public hire, including two large halls with well equipped kitchens.
The QEII Centre is the place for local and visiting seniors alike, with easy access, lots of information, many group meetings and an internet hub for seniors.
Queens Park Theatre
The Queens Park Theatre is the Mid West’s premier entertainment and conference venue. The high class venue boasts a 673 capacity auditorium, two large foyers and an outdoor amphitheatre, catering for every occasion.

The Geraldton Visitor Centre, located at 246 Marine Terrace, offers an endless source of information about the City and region. Opening every day of the year except Christmas day, the Geraldton Visitor Centre staff will awe you with their wealth of knowledge of the City and surrounding areas.
