Western Australian local governments offer diverse employment opportunities, so whatever your skills and experience, there could be something in local government for you.

The Department of Local Government and Regional Development, in partnership with the Local Government Managers Association (LGMA) worked to develop a "Careers in local government" initiative. The purpose of this program is to encourage individuals to seek employment in local government.
