LAND DEVELOPMENT SPECIFICATIONS


INTRODUCTION

This document shall apply to the:

  • Design and construction of all works relating to the subdivision and development of land for residential purposes; and
  • Roadworks generally with the City of Geraldton-Greenough.

This document prescribes the minimum standards applicable for the design and construction of roads, drainage, footpaths, dual use paths and public open space and sets out requirements for soil stabilisation.

This document is issued for the guidelines of Developers, Engineering Consultants and Contractors and is divided into five parts as follow:
