Crime WatchGeraldton-Greenough Crime Watch is a system run by the City of Geraldton-Greenough which enables the Geraldton Police to communicate with the community through weekly reports on concerns or issues and to provide the community with crime prevention advice. The system also allows the community to relay information to the Police and inform them of issues relating to crime and crime prevention in their residential areas. How It WorksThe City of Geraldton-Greenough maintains a list of registered people who want to receive information. The Police send the information to the City and the City passes the information to the people on the list by email. The people receiving the emails can pass information back by replying to the emails. The information is received by the City who pass it on to the Police. All information will be treated with the strictest of confidence. |
