CITY OF GERALDTON GREENOUGH PUBLIC BRIEFINGS AND COUNCIL MEETINGS

NOVEMBER 2009 - DECEMBER 2009

Notice is hereby given of the dates and times of Public Briefings and Council Meetings for the period November 2009 to December 2009.
 

The public are invited to attend both the Briefing and Council meeting days. The Briefings and Council meetings will be conducted at Council Chambers, Edward Road, Utakarra.

The City of Geraldton-Greenough encourages community interest in Local Government and allows questions to be put to Council from the public during the meeting subject to certain conditions. Forms which specify these conditions and are used for submitting their questions are held out at the front reception area and at Chambers. The public may put their requests in writing but the same conditions still apply. It would be appreciated if questions from the public are received three working days prior to the next Council meeting, however brief questions will still be taken from the floor on the day of the meeting.

Any member of the public wishing to participate in Public Question Time during the Council meeting is welcome to do so, however, Council requires your name, address and written questions to be provided to the meeting secretary.
