PARKS & FACILITIES

The City is actively providing sufficient recreational space and community facilities throughout its region. In doing so it is mindful of the needs of the local communities as well as staging growth as communities develop.

The Council and the Parks & Recreation staff are conscious of the need to properly plan for the development of these facilities with the long term goal of providing an excellent facility that will not be a costly burden to the ratepayers.
